Elite Energy 2025 Year in Review: Growth, Awards & Community Impact

2025 has been a milestone year for Elite Energy.

From rapid team growth and national recognition to supporting hundreds of households with energy efficiency upgrades, this year has been defined by impact, education, and trust.

As energy costs continued to challenge households across the UK, our focus remained clear: helping people stay warmer, reduce energy bills, and confidently navigate government-backed schemes such as ECO4, the Great British Insulation Scheme (GBIS), Warm Homes, and the Boiler Upgrade Scheme.

In this year-in-review, we look back at the key milestones that shaped 2025 — including award wins, community initiatives, the launch of our private installation services, and the work we’ve done to cut through misinformation with clear, honest guidance.

As we reflect on 2025, we’re incredibly proud of how far Elite Energy has come, and the impact we’ve been able to make.

This year’s highlights include:

✔️Growing our team from 12 to 66 employees, supporting jobs and skills across the region

✔️Helping over 400 households improve their energy bills and home comfort through measures such as solar, insulation, and more efficient heating systems, delivered via ECO4, GBIS, Warm Homes, and Boiler Upgrade Schemes

✔️Becoming the first Teesside business to win the Ward Hadaway North East Overall Fastest Growing Business award

✔️Winning Business of the Year at the Tees Businesswomen of the Year Awards, where our Co-founder Kayleigh Shaw was also recognised as a finalist for Businesswoman of the Year, and being named Teesside winner of the Growth Award at the North East Business Awards

✔️Launching our private installation team, helping homeowners who aren’t eligible for government grants access competitively priced energy upgrades such as solar panels, battery storage, EV charging, and eco-friendly heating systems

✔️Supporting people across the UK by educating homeowners on how to stay warm and save money — from government schemes to energy company offers — while cutting through misinformation with clear, honest guidance

✔️Giving back to our community, raising £50 for Children in Need and supporting North Tyneside Council’s Christmas Appeal with gift donations for local children

Thank you to everyone who trusted us this year, worked alongside us, or followed our journey. We’re excited to build on this momentum in 2026 and continue helping households move towards a more energy-efficient future.
