Great start to the New Year yet another boiler fault so time to bite the bullet! Phoned Elite and got a quote for a replacement boiler with a 10 year guarantee. From initial contact to commissioning took less than 24 hours - very professional indeed.

I had a combi boiler and cavity wall insulation installed. They never seemed to stop, which was also commented on by neighbours. There was almost no mess and one member of staff even washed some dust off the windows left due to the drilling of the walls. The office staff kept me fully informed re times staff were attending and were very helpful with any questions I had for them. I can't rate them highly enough.

I booked a boiler service on a excellent offer through Facebook. I was not sure what level of service I was going to get for the price but I need'nt have worried. I got a few e mail from the company asking when I wanted the service. Then I got a phone call from them offering me different times to suite. I got a very nice plumbing engineer who was very friendly and clearly knew his job. I felt he did not rush the job and went above what I expected. I would have no problems recommending this company and rate them 5 stars for service and job.
